Our 24-home community residential setting is designed to help individuals with PWS, DD & IDD live their very best life in the most therapeutic and least restrictive setting possible.
PWS is a genetic disorder that occurs in approximately one out of every 15,000 births. Typically, the individuals we serve have a primary diagnosis of PWS.
Fragile X is a genetic disorder that affects a person's intellectual development, behavior, and emotions
DD is a condition that affects a person's physical, learning, language, or behavioral development
IDD is a condition in which limitations of a person’s mental abilities affect intelligence, learning and everyday life skills
The person that exhibits behaviors that deviate significantly from what is considered typical or expected for someone’s age or situation
Medically fragile individuals typically need 24-hour care, oversight and interventions to help with daily activities
